With many of our customers, bride and grooms, understandably concerned about the recent COVID-19 developments, and the global effect of coronavirus (COVID-19) continues to evolve, we are firmly committed to the health and safety. We are closely monitoring the changing situation, and complying with public health guidance.
Our current status:
Cake Diamonds are operating “business as usual” where possible and our services remain operational.
We’re working closely with our suppliers and we’re pleased to announce that our services are unaffected and our services are operational at this time.
Update: We are aware that following government advice that some bride & groom’s may wish to/ may have had to move their wedding date further along in the months ahead due to the outbreak of the virus.
Our current policy in regards to cancellations is that orders are non-refundable and non-transferable as per our terms which can be found here. However, we are here to support our bride and grooms should their weddings be postponed and in this exceptional circumstance are able to transfer the date of your wedding further ahead in the year/next year at no extra charge. If you haven’t yet decided on the new date, we’ll be happy to put your account on-hold and await your instructions regarding a new date.
Should your wedding be cancelled, we can only advise you to claim on your wedding insurance
While the circumstances continue to change and we modify our operations as necessary, we thank you for your cooperation.
